- Cancellation of bookings is not permitted. In the event of a cancellation, the customer will be required to pay half of the agreed amount according to the fixed terms.
- If your procession fails to arrive on time, you will still be obligated to pay the full amount once the scheduled time has elapsed, regardless of whether any work is performed.
- Additional payment will be necessary if the band’s performance exceeds the stipulated time. The decision regarding this will be made at the discretion of the Rajdhani Band Proprietor.

- Any disputes or challans will be the responsibility of the customers. We will not bear any liability in such cases.
- Customers must provide meals for the band members during the Vidaai ceremony. If unable to do so, an alternative option is to pay Rs. 750 for a group of five people at your Vidaai.
- Any outstanding amounts after the completion of work must be settled in cash. Online payment should be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the engagement.
- Our band refuses to perform behind any other band, ensuring that we always take the lead.
