    • Cancellation of bookings is not permitted. In the event of a cancellation, the customer will be required to pay half of the agreed amount according to the fixed terms.
    • If your procession fails to arrive on time, you will still be obligated to pay the full amount once the scheduled time has elapsed, regardless of whether any work is performed.
    • Additional payment will be necessary if the band’s performance exceeds the stipulated time. The decision regarding this will be made at the discretion of the Rajdhani Band Proprietor.
    • Our band comprises a diverse group of individuals with both trained and untrained talents.
    • All disputes will be exclusively settled in the Delhi Court.
    • Any disputes or challans will be the responsibility of the customers. We will not bear any liability in such cases.
    • Customers must provide meals for the band members during the Vidaai ceremony. If unable to do so, an alternative option is to pay Rs. 750 for a group of five people at your Vidaai.
    • Any outstanding amounts after the completion of work must be settled in cash. Online payment should be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the engagement.
    • Our band refuses to perform behind any other band, ensuring that we always take the lead.

    Yes, to secure your booking, we require a minimum of 25% of the total booking amount as an advance payment. This ensures that your desired date and our band’s services are reserved exclusively for your event. Additionally, we may request the remaining balance to be settled at least one day prior to your wedding day.

    By adhering to this payment schedule, we can guarantee the availability of our band and make the necessary arrangements to deliver an exceptional performance tailored to your event.
