    • Cancellation of bookings is not permitted. In the event of a cancellation, the customer will be required to pay half of the agreed amount according to the fixed terms.

    • Any outstanding amounts after the completion of work must be settled in cash. Online payment should be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the engagement.
